Body and Soul Zone specializes in Colonic Hydrotherapy and has since expanded into a Health & Beauty Clinic. At Body & Soul Zone we pride ourselves on giving a friendly and helpful service, leaving our customer uplifted when they leave.

Colonic Hydrotherapist
Michelle trained in London at the European College of Naturopathic Medicine for Colonic Hydrotherapy on a Closed System and engaged in further training at the Tiller Mind Body Institute in the USA on the Open System, so she has a great knowledge of both Systems. She is a Qualified Colonic Hydrotherapist Instructor with the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT)Michelle has also trained as a Holistic Therapist in Sweedish Massage,Aromatherapy and Reflexology.
Tanja Smyth
Osteopath BSc(Hons)Ost
Tanja is a graduate of the Collage of Osteopaths in London where she completed a five-year Bachelor of Science degree course in OsteopathyShe is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA) and London Osteopathic Society (LOS). She also holds a Diploma in Sports Injuries from the Association of Physical and Natural Therapies (APNT).
