Medical Acupuncture
Medical acupuncture (dry needling) is a type of acupuncture only to be administered by medical physicians and is used specifically for the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain (pain from the muscles, bones and joints). It is an effective treatment strategy used to treat both acute and chronic pain. It is used to stimulate the body’s own healing response and accelerate the innate healing mechanism. It can be an excellent treatment for low back pain, headaches and neck pain especially when used in conjunction with other osteopathic techniques. However, it can be safely used on most muscles and joints of the body as an effective treatment for both acute and chronic injury
Sports Massage or Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue or sports massage uses deeper and slower strokes to target deeper layers of tissue. Therefore, the therapeutic effects far exceed those associated with a relaxing alternative. A deep tissue massage reduces joint and muscle pain, helps correct poor posture, aids injury recovery, helps to reduce anxiety and improves sleep
Sports Massage or Deep Tissue 45min - £50
